How can I import my wordpress.com followers to my new wordpress.org blog?

  How can I import my wordpress.com followers to my new wordpress.org blog that is self-hosted?

  The wordpress.com blog is http://theliteraryman.wordpress.com and the new blog will be set up at http://literaryman.textdriven.com/wordpress/wp-admin (final URL will be http://www.LiteraryMan.com). Same blog, same content, but now self-hosted. I’d love to be able to carry over my old followers.

  My admin user name is theliteraryman on both accounts. Any help you can give would be much appreciated.
