How can I import Typepad blog entries from before this year?

  I have a blog that’s currently on Typepad. There are entries going back to 2007. I exported that blog and saved the file on my desktop. I checked, and the exported file has all of those blogs in it. However, when I try to import the blog into WP.com, all that comes in are entries from 2011. Nothing else is imported. I have searched documentation and the forums, and found nothing that addresses this.

  Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

  Can you please try importing one more time? It won’t duplicate existing entries and may find the ones that it missed.

  I tried the import 3 or 4 times the first day, and then gave up. I just tried it now, and it worked just fine; all of my articles and images were successfully imported. Did something change?

  Question: there was a message at the top of the article list page that said there was a problem with some of my content, and that I need to contact someone in Support. I did it via the link in the message, but I am also doing it here.

  We haven’t changed anything on our end, must have been a temporary glitch.

  As for the notice, contacting through the link is the right thing to do. They should respond within a day.
