How can I import word documents into my blog?

  Posterous is closing on April 30th and accept no more people to sign up.
  Apart from that I am having a terrible problem understanding how to use the site and really get a fantastic professional blog going and use all the site effectively.
  Can anyone help? I would be grateful.

  Better than using Word is using Windows Live Writer, which is web compatible. If you must use Word, here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/microsoft-word/
