How can I improve what Google sees?
-
I get daily Google alerts on my blog’s name sent to my inbox. Despite writing an excerpt, this is a typical example of what Google sees:
“Claiming a Charter for Tartitude « Tartitude
Claiming a Charter for Tartitude. August 11 2009 by hope101 … Tartitude. Note this gravatar is not the real me It is symbolic of my quest for the pith …”That’s the title of my latest post, and then a snippet of text from my blavatar.
What am I missing? Is there some way to orient my page so that Google would pull up the first words of the post or my excerpt.
Thanks in advance! http://cherrytart.wordpress.com

Google’s fault. They’re messing around with the way they index blogs again, and the best suggestion I can come up with is to blog more. More information = larger sample size = more accurate average grabs.
