How can I insert my photo in the heading?

  In my blog, where you can see that; “A little effort to change Myself” has been written. There I want to insert some photo as a background. How can I do that? Can you please Help me?

  You need to use a theme that allows a custom header. One of the bloggers here, engtech, has a theme review section on his site that can help you find what you need.
