How can I instal a nofollow Plugin to my WordPress Account?

I want to set any Links in my Posts with nofollow. How can I install this Plugin?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Plugins are not allowed on WordPress.com due to security reasons. You will have to add rel=”nofollow” attribute to your links manually.
If you open your post in the Text Editor then you will see links like:
<a href="http://www.example.com/">Link text</a>You can modify the link to the following, to include nofollow ugc tag.
<a href="http://www.example.com/" rel="nofollow ugc">Link text</a> -

I think some links are No Follow – but sorry can’t remember the exact details, so I have flagged this for a staff answer

That is correct, by default links are set to follow (which is the HTML standard for the anchor/link tag). The No Follow attribute is best used for paid/affiliate links and to prevent comment spam. To the effect, we do No Follow links added in the comments section.
