How can I install a theme in my WP?

I bought a theme but I don’t know how to install it to my wp. I have the free plan, so, I need to pay the business or premium pass to install a theme?

Here at WordPress.com you choose to activate one of the free or premium themes found here https://theme.wordpress.com/ We cannot use themes purchased elsewhere even with an upgraded plan (those themes are designed for use on self-hosted sites using the WordPress.org software).
