How can I install plugins in a free version of wordpress blog?

  Hi all, I want to know what I have to do to install plugins as SEO plugin or Buddy Press (or other functionality) in a free version of wordpress. I’m trying to convert a blog from an ‘hobby’ use to a professional use. Is it possible or I need a ‘payment’ version of wordpress?

  You can’t use/add/install plugins on WordPress.com for security reasons:

  Ok… so I have to buy a premium or business version to have my domain? An after i can install the plugins I need.

  No, you can’t install plugins. With Premium, Business or free plan.

  But you don’t need the SEO plugin: all the blogs on WordPress.com are SEO friendly.
