We do not have FTP access and we bloggers cannot install any plugins, we cannot use Microsoft or Google translation widgets or any others, as they are JavaScript and it’s stripped out to preserve security on this multiuser blogging platform. http://en.support.wordpress.com/code/
http://en.support.wordpress.com/code/#javascriptHowever, I have translation on my WordPress.com blogs. There are two workarounds and you will find them here > http://onecoolsitebloggingtips.com/2011/02/14/translation-widget-for-wordpress-com-blogs/
Note: You can copy and paste the code on my Translations page and then replace every occurrence of my blog’s URL in the code with your own blog’s URL.Automatic translation is not available to WordPress.com blogs. If you are bilingual or multilingual and want to publish your free hosted WordPress.com in two or more languages but do not want to rely on machine translation that can be done see here > http://onecoolsitebloggingtips.com/2013/02/25/wordpress-com-multilingual-blogs/

Thank you very much for your help.
I visit your blog and I decide to put the botton of free website because it is easy but when I put the code in the text widget, in my wordpress appear the button but it doesn’t translate into others languages, it goes to the page of free website.
I don’t know what it is wrong now.. maybe I have to put something in the code that the free website give me?
Thank you for your help.

That’s exactly what the widget is meant to do. It takes your visitors to http://free-website-translation.com/ and they scroll down to use the fields there:
Original Language________
Target Language___________
Translate!I chose to link that widget image to my Translations page. You can copy and paste the code on my Translations page and then replace every occurrence of my blog’s URL in the code with your own blog’s URL and make your own Translation page. http://onecoolsitebloggingtips.com/translation/
