How can I install SEO plugin with the theme Triton Lite ?

  I want to install SEO Yoast plugin but in the dashboard of the theme Triton Lite, the option plugin doesn’t appear. I’ve got ‘appearance’, ‘users’, ‘tools’, but not plugin.
  Is there any other way to make my blog appear in the search engines ? (and yes, my blog is set up not to be hidden but ‘open’. I can find my blog if someone write ‘anikfilion’ but if they write ‘Anik Filion’ it doesn’t appear…

  There is no way to install plugins here at wordpress.com, sorry.
