How can I install the Pinterest Pin it Button plugin to my website? Thank you!

I cannot seem to locate the “plugins” to install on my site.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there!
Third party plugins cannot be installed on WordPress.com sites. This is a security risk as we cannot vet all outside code and it puts our users, their sites, and our servers at risk.
Plugins are only usable on self-hosted WordPress.org sites.
I know the difference between .com and .org can get confusing, so here’s a breakdown of the benefits of each:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/Sometimes, even without the installation of a plugin, we can help you gain the function you’d like here at WordPress.com. If you let me know your goals, perhaps I can help further.
For instance, while a Pinterest button cannot be added to each image, you will see that Pinterest can be integrated into your WordPress.com site like this:

Thank you so much for your response.
I was wondering if I were to upgrade to the premium account if I could add pinterest buttons on each picture in the CSS portion of the editing page like this website says?

Hi Cecilia!
You actually don’t need to upgrade to a Premium plan to use those “Pin It” buttons from Pinterest. Those buttons are automatically added when you enable these settings:
1. In your site’s Sharing Buttons settings, click the “Edit sharing buttons” link and add the Pinterest button to your site.
2. Under “Button style” on that screen, select “Official buttons.”
That will automatically enable the Pinterest “Pin It” button on your images. Please let me know if you have any questions about that. :)

Rachel,
Do you know why the pinterest, Facebook, etc buttons go away on the mobile version? How can those be put on the mobile site?
Thank you,
Cecilia -
Hi Cecilia,
I see your sharing buttons when I visit your site on mobile, too. They’re set to appear on your individual posts and pages, so when you click through to view each post and page you’ll see them at the bottom there. :)
