How can I interact with a PERSON at WordPress?

  1 – I can’t find out how to renew my domain through WP – it is not registered at WP but the billing is apparently through WP
  2 – since loading updates I have lost my statistics function – please help restore functionality.

  I see a couple of sites in your account. Could you verify which domain name you are trying to renew?

  I see what’s happening. You have a WordPress.com Premium account on a WordPress.com site, but you are pointing the domain from that account to your self-hosted site. You’ve connected the self hosted site to your WordPress.com account via JetPack so you have two sites in your account, but you are really only using one.

  Your domain recently renewed as part of your premium package, which you can see here:

  https://prairieplumfarm.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=my-upgrades

  So you don’t need to renew it again until February of 2016.

  However, you have a premium upgrade on a site you aren’t using. If you like I can cancel your premium subscription and give you a partial refund so you are only paying for the domain and not the other features.

  Just drop a note here that you’d like me to proceed and I’ll take care of it.

  I like your solution. Then is the statistics pluggin attached to the wrong site? I have been accessing the site through Word Press, is that valid or do I need to change?

  Nope. It’s actually very difficult to get to the “wrong” site since both domain names point to your self-hosted site.

  The only thing to do is update your account so you are only paying for the domain–which I’ve done. You should see a refund for the difference ($73) in your account within the next week.
