How can I keep a post from being sent to my e-mail followers?

    I am trying to create an archive page on my blog, that will contain links to all the related posts in one place. My blog is about various countries. So, in order to archive them, I had planned on creating a post for Cambodia, Egypt, Pakistan, etc… that I could then update with links as I create future posts. But, I don’t want my followers to receive notification that I’ve created posts called “Cambodia…” Is there a way to publish a post (that will still be visible to the public) without Word Press sending a notification to my followers? Thank you for your help.
