How can I keep my image files from being down loaded?
-
On my stats page today under clicks I found this URL:
http://www.gophoto.it/view.php?i=http%3A%2F%2Fblogbisogno.files.wordpress.com%2F2012%2F07%2Fcorporate-head_62812_25_650.jpg#.U5ajBy8h854I went there and found one of my images. It happens to be one I could care less about so there was no copyright within the file, but I’m sure they could take any image they wanted off of my blog. As a professional photographer, is there a way to prevent this from happening?

The short answer is No.
The long answer is: watermark your images and only upload images at 72dpi maximum. Use Monotone or Duotone themes and right click save will be eliminated. But they’re ugly themes. And any moderately skilled person can still copy the images by taking a screenshot or by hacking the sourcecode.
