How can I know the email and recover password?

  I intend to reset the password , however , do not know what the email associated with the site created in wordpress.
  I know there are days I logged in wordpress through http://*****/wp-admin/ as *****Admin user to be able to put a simple password, but not finalized the process.
  I need help please .
