How can I layout a press page on my blog without using the same old post setup?

I have added a press page to my blog and I don’t want it to look like a regular post page. I would like to be able to add covers or logos from magazines and websites I have been interviewed or featured in. An example of what I’m talking about is:
http://www.designmom.com/press/Do I have to upgrade to be able to do this or can I do it now?
