How Can I Leave notes on the page to other editors for when they log in?

I have searched all over and I cant find how to leave a note for the other editor!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hanni said there wasn’t an easier way and she is staff, so she would know.
As far as the future, who knows? Anything is possible – or not.

You could create an “editors only” Page and set it to “private” status. If the other editors have access to it, it could be regularly edited with the latest messages. I’m guessing that anyone with “editor” status would have access. See: http://support.wordpress.com/user-roles/

Step one: Create a Page. (Pages –> Add New)
Step two: Set its status to Private. (That’s via the “visibility” option to the right. Click “OK.”)
Step three: In the title window, type “Editors Only”
Step four: hit the “Update Page” button. -

true, but by mistake, one of us might click publish because we are so used to doing that with other pages.

Also is there a way to make a page that you have to log on to access? That would be a little easier than logging onto wordpress.com every time you want the other editor to write a note.
