How can I link a page to another homepage?

  In my blog (http://sdeee.wordpress.com/my-business/) I have some pages ontop where one of them is “My Business”.
  Inside this page there is a link to my business-blog. They are both wordpress blogs.

  Is it possible to link the title directly. So when the reader presses “my business” he/she is sendt directly to the other blog?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  It doesn’t work on all themes, though.
