How can I link my blog posts to a facebook page by the same name?

  I have a small community news blog that covers city meetings. I’d like to have my posts–about 7 per month–automatically posted on a facebook page by the same name as an easier way for FB people to follow the blog. Is there a way to do this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Have you looked into using Publicize? http://en.support.wordpress.com/publicize/

  I read through it, thank you. It answered my biggest question, which was if I could control which particular FB page I wanted it to connect to. I had to read a ways into it to find that out.

  Do you know of any pitfalls in doing this?
