How Can I Link My Profile To My Blog

  I can’t seem to be able to link to my author’s profile from my blog.

  Put a link in a text widget, or put it in the blogroll if it’s on another site.

  Hi , I seem to have the same problem. Clicking on my avatar will not take you to my blog home. And adding the link to a text widget or in a blogroll in another site does not seem to work. Any solution?

  If you go to Dashboard > Users > Your Profile you can put the address of your blog in the website area. If you do that then your username will link back to your blog when you leave a comment. It will also make your avatar in the recent comments widget link to your blog. Hope that helps.

  Sorry, there’s one other thing too. Once you’ve added your address, the change won’t be retroactive; it’ll only work for comments you make after the change. On your own blog you can go to Dashboard > Comments and click edit to add the address, but on other blogs you’ll need to post new comments for the link to work.

  Good afternoon: As a newcomer, WebPress.com is proving a little too difficult for me to navigate, I’m afraid. For example, I was hoping I could display my profile and photo in a sidebar on the same page that I will be posting daily blogs. I also wanted to include a short graph in the DONE DEALS header. I wrote it but it is not appearing. Even though I have yet to publish my first blog, I can see this information is not being coordinated on one page. Any suggestions or directions would be greatly appreciated.
