How can I link my WordPress blog to my Google profile?

  I have tried to link my blog to my Google + profile but it hasn’t worked – I have put the link at the top of my most recent post and at the bottom of my sidebar – neither link is working.
  Does anyone know how to fix this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Thanks but that doesn’t seem to answer my question. I have put my WordPress url in my Google+ profile fine, but I can’t seem to add my Google+ profile link to my WordPress blog as a byline, which is what I understand is recommended if you want to link your Google+ account to the content you create as explained here: https://plus.google.com/authorship

  Does that make sense?
