How can I link to a contact form?

    Hi there :) I have a “contact” page where I would like to hyperlink a contact name to a contact form (i.e. pop-up), instead of it being embedded in the site directly. Is there a work-around to have a pop-up or do I have to add a new page, create/embed a contact form there and hyperlink the contact name to this newly created “contact form page”? Many thanks!
