How can I list Post page in menu at top even though it is not my home page?

I have static home page. It lists in the menu across the top the other pages. But it does not list at the top the Post page. How can I have the Post page accessible from the menu even though it is not my home page?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there!

From your blog’s admin area, navigate to Settings –> Reading. From here, you can set the page your blog posts appear on. It looks like this:

You might need to make a new page called “Blog” to set your posts to appear on before you edit this settings page.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thank you. This worked for me.
I can make a suggestion that might make this more obvious to a user:
The box in which I designate my blog page is under the category “Front Page Display.” I did not set anything there, before I got your instructions, because I did not want my blog page to be my front page display and therefore assumed that I should not designate it under the category Front Page Display. So I would suggest some text after the “Posts Page” box saying “Select a static page for your posts if your Posts page is not your front page.”

Glad it worked! Sorry it was confusing at first, and thanks for your suggestion.
