How can I LIST the posts instead of showing the whole post under a category?

  I want to be able to click on a category and see a list of blog posts, rather than see each post completely open in a row.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there!

  It looks like you’ve switched your site to the Bushwick theme, which lists posts as you’ve described in your question :)

  On other themes, you can try using the More Tag to limit the amount of content shown – in some cases, adding it right at the beginning of the post works really well :)
