How can i log in to this site i use to have

    Hi im trying to login to my old wordpress site to check in on some old orders as i need to find some details. Please can you help. It’s not letting me find my store. thank you

    well the site is http://www.tomorrowcreates.com and it is currently ran using shopify but i was using wordpress and all my orders were on woocommerce before i began testing shopify out and i no longer have access or seem to be able to see any of my previous orders via woocommerce.

    Thanks for clarifying. It looks like your Business subscription on the site you had here at WordPress.com expired because you set the plan to not renew in December 2021, so the plan expired in January 2022.

    When plans expire, any features that are tied to those plans are removed. In the case of a plugin-enabled site, the removal of those features means:

    • You would lose any plugins or third-party themes you had installed as well as any features not available with the lower level plan.
    • Your site will revert to the way it looked before you installed the first plugin.
    • We will preserve the following content: pages, posts, and media files. Take into account that any content built with plugins will be lost.
    • The site will be made private so you can check it over before making it public on the new plan.

    Looking at the transcript of the live chat you had with support in November 2021, we advised you how to export your order data in addition to your products before moving your site to Shopify. Since your plan expiration would have reverted your site to the state prior to adding WooCommerce, any data related to the WooCommerce plugin would have been deleted when that happened. Unless you exported your order data before the plan expired, I’m afraid that data is no longer recoverable.

    If you have the export of your order data, you can import it into a site using the WooCommerce plugin. To do that here, you would need to upgrade to the Pro plan in order to install plugins. Or, if you have a WordPress install at another hosting provider or localhost install, you can import it that way. I’d recommend reaching out to the WooCommerce community if you have questions importing your order data.
