How can I log into my blog if my email has changes

    can’t log into my blog I have tried and can’t access my blog Redmphotography.wordpress.com or twworks.wordpress.com I have changed my email from (email visible only to moderators and staff) to (email visible only to moderators and staff) whenever I try to log on my old username and email keep coming up user name continueprocess email (email visible only to moderators and staff) how can i get this resolved please use the (email visible only to moderators and staff) for your reply
