How can I log into my website to delete a problem plugin?

  I’m getting the below error when I go to storiesfrommybackpack.com – is this something I can amend via WordPress?

  Fatal error: Call-time pass-by-reference has been removed in /home/smithco/public_html/wp-content/plugins/google-analytics-dashboard/gad-admin-options.php on line 272

  It’s hosted by x10, but the script is wordpress. I can’t seem to work out how to get to my stuff from c-panel either, I am sure I used to go via softaculous and wordpress to be able to get in and edit if I couldn’t access via the domain name and wp-admin…can you help?
