How can I log onto my blog when it refuses to allow admittance?

My blog is self hosted (I know the difference between .com and .org) and it is directed to my main server. I cannot get to the admin page of joeclarksblog.wordpress.com to update my credit card info in order to renew the domain.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi Joe,
As I mentioned in your previous support thread, the domain joeclarksblog.com is registered at WordPress.com, but it’s owned by a different WordPress.com account. You’ll need to log in to that WordPress.com account and head to the My Upgrades page to renew that domain.
If you have trouble logging in to that account, please follow our Account Recovery guide and our recovery team can help you regain access to the right account.

OK, I have successfully changed my password, but when I log on, there is no link to my store or any other place where I might update my credit card information with WordPress. This is very frustrating and a problem I have been trying to resolve for six weeks now.
Not very user friendly…

If you are logged into the account that includes the domain you will be able to find the domain on this page:
https://wordpress.com/my-upgrades/
From there you can update your credit card. If you don’t see it there, that means you are in the wrong account.
You can get access to the correct account being recovering it using this support guide:
