How can I look here for beta-testers for a new Plugin?

  Hi!

  I am looking for beta-testers for a WP rating plugin that I created with a couple of friends. Is there an official section here in the forum to place such a request, as I have seen for example in the German WP Forum?

  No, this is a terrible place to look for testers, as nobody here can use a plugin on their blog.
