How can I maintain plugins section in my blog (wordpress.com)

  I could not manage to add any plugins :/ I guess I should use CuteFTP but I do not kow how to connect it, actually it does not connect with website. Always it gives me error. Now, what should I do? How can I built wordpress.org for my blog? or plugins or ftp ! Please help!!!!

  Short answer: No plugins, no FTP on a WordPress.COM blog. For WordPress.ORG blogs, you need to be over there at WordPress.ORG.
