How can I make a jpg larger?
-
Hi, I have a jpg of a chart that I’m placing into a WordPress page. I’ve tried resizing the chart several times in Preview for the Mac. I make the .jpg larger, save, and import it into my page in WordPress, but it always winds up looking too small. If I click on the image on the page, it blows up to be bigger. I’m confused as to why even though I resize the image in Preview and import it into WordPress it looks the same. Help!

Hi there!
In order to adjust the image in your post, click the link below to open the post in your editor:
https://wordpress.com/post/86947327/2/?optin
- Now, click once on the image. When the pencil icon appears, click that once.
- Your image details box will appear. You can see that your default image size is “Medium” for your theme (225x300px). You can change this to Full Size in order to display the image as you intend.
- Once that’s done, make sure to click Update save the changes to your image settings.
- Finally, you’ll click Update on the post editor page.
That should do the trick! If I can help in any other way, please drop me a line. Cheers :)
