How can I make a link (not a custom link) to be a menu item

  So I created some links and now I want to make those parts to be part of a menu (so have them be menu items).
  But when I go to Menus, I can create custom links and add them to a menu, or add pages and posts to a menu but not a existing LINKS.

  Any hints why?

  I am using Oxygen.

  If you’ve created Links/Blogroll they don’t transfer over to the Custom Menu, thought it’s a good idea. Here’s how the Custom Menu currently works: http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/
