How can I make a post on a page?

  So I’ve figured out how to post on the “home” page of my blog and how to post in different categories but I cannot determine how to post within a page other than the “home” page of my blog. Is it possible? If so, how? Please note that when I say post, I do mean “post,” not “comment.”

  There is only one page on a blog that will automatically update. Please take note that there is a difference between a post and a page http://support.wordpress.com/post-vs-page/
