How can I make a post sticky one?

  Hi All,

  I use the theme “Garland by Stefan Nagtegaal and Steven Wittens”. I have a post which I need to be at the top at any given time (STICKY POST).
  Is this possible? I am using the wordpress.com site the basic one.
