How do i make a registeration page, where people can register to my site as contributor. I cant find it with this new WordPress update.

You appear to be in the wrong forum as the blog in your username is not a wordpress.com blog. We use different software here. Head over to http://wordpress.org/support/

Yes it is. My Blog just isn’t my username.
as in, its not http://spencerjames.wordpress.com

People cannot register on your blog. They have to have a wordpress.com account, and then you have to set them up as a contributor under “users” in the dashboard.
You could make a contact page for them to use: http://faq.wordpress.com/2007/05/13/how-do-i-make-a-contact-form/ .

Thats weird. the old style i had in settings or something it allowed people to register To my blog.

Mabe it was because i set it up on a domain and it allowed to have more features than running through *****.Wordpress.com
