How can I make it so all comments aren't posted until I manually approve them?

  How can I make it so that comments only appear on my blog after I have logged in and approved them manually? Right now they are automatically being approved and I’m just getting emails saying they’ve been posted, which is not ok. Please answer! Thanks.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
