How can I make my blog content available for reading to a limited group?

I have made my blog content private but would like to share it with one person. Is there a way to give them access to the content without just password protecting all of my posts? I tried giving them limited access as a contributor, but that only allowed them to see the posts that were public or password protected.
Can I give someone read only access to my blog without making it available to the public?

Yes, you can change your privacy settings at http://cflawholelifechallenge.wordpress.com/wp-admin/options-privacy.php . For more information, please see http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/ .
You will need to add the group on one at a time by adding their WordPress.com username to the account in your Privacy Settings. They will need to have an existing WordPress.com account before you can add them.
