How can I make my blog look like your demo page?

  • Unknown's avatar

I purchased your Adventure Theme with the understanding tat I’d only have to “fill in the blanks” with my information. I purchased this for 2 main reasons: 1) The sidebar was on the left and 2) an “about me” section was pinned at the top with links to visit other social media pages. Now that I purchased it and applied it, my Adventure theme looks nothing like your demo. The side bar is on the right and there is no “about me” widget that will add to the top-center of the page.

How can I put sidebar on the left and a About Me section with links on the top the same as it looks on your demo?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there,

You’re right, by default many of the themes do not look like the demo page when they are first applied. In order for you to get the most out of them you will need to make some changes. There is a support page which is linked from the theme information page. You can see it right here:

    https://wordpress.com/themes/adventure/support/

It will walk you through setting up most of the items which you need to do to get your site looking right. If you run in to any troubles, you can let me know, or if you prefer, since you purchased a premium theme you have access to that theme’s forum which is moderated by its author. That forum is right here:

    Hope this helps!
