How can i make my blog more mobile-friendly?
-
We looked at our craft beer reference site and blog recently on an ipad and were mortified. Beer By BART is supposed to be a reference first, with a blog for fun, so it is built as a “flipped” WP site with a static page up front. We have to hand code a lot of our inter-page links to make sense of it, but we love the widget that shows all the pubs we cover alphabetically on the right. That feature is totally lost in the mobile format. What do we need to learn/do to improve this situation? Are some themes better than others? thanks for any tips or solutions!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You can disable the iPad theme from Appearance -> iPad in your Dashboard and the mobile theme from Appearance -> Extras.

Thanks, that is better. Still pondering what would make it really work nicely on a mobile device but this is a relief in the short run.

I know you have a nice design going, but if you wanted to consider switching to Twenty Eleven, that theme has a nice responsive design which adjusts according to your screen size.
