How can I make my blog only accessible to a specific group of people.

  This blog gives information to students in the program. I want only specific members (the students) to have access to the blog (with a username and password, for example).

  Is this possible? If so, how?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/ set the blog to Private and only invite people you want.
