How can I make my blog work again?

Hi, really sorry for re-posting this – I received an email showing me a reply to my original post (with the same name as this one) in the forum, but I couldn’t access the links allowing me to view the forum or reply, so my only option was to re-post.
My original post said: ‘WordPress won’t let me view my blog, save drafts, view drafts or post anything new, and has been like this for several days. How can I fix this?’
I am using google chrome v28, which is the latest version, but also tried it on the latest version of firefox (which did the same thing as on chrome) and on ie (not sure what version), which didn’t work at all. I even tried firefox and ie on a different computer with the same results, so I have to conclude it is a problem with the site. I tried clearing cache, cookies and browser history, but still had the same problem.
The site will let me log in and view my blog dashboard, but when I click on any of the links, try to access the forums or type in my blog’s .wordpress.com URL it just gives me a blank screen for ages, and eventually says that no data was sent from the server. My sister says that she has not been able to view wordpress blogs for at least a couple of weeks (she doesn’t have an account).
I am a UK user – not sure if that has any bearing on the problem, but thought I’d let you know anyway.I probably will not be able to access the forum to reply to any responses I get to this (which is extremely frustrating! I apologise) but will be able to see the responses via email.

We’re working hard to sort things out for our UK users, many of whom report problems like the ones you’re describing.
Can you let us know which ISP you’re using?
