How can i make my frontpage like that???

    I am doing a webpage which is going to have a few picture on the front page but i dont know how to create something that looks like the webpage called click here….

    If you enter to this webpage you are going to see that the webpage have a bunch of pic in the front page… i will appreciate if someone can tell me how to do something like that or what plugin to use?
