How can I make my header text image bright on mobiles

  I uploaded a text header image.PNG and it appears bright to laptop users only but appear blurry on mobile devices.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Your issue is related to a site that is using the WordPress.org software, which is hosted outside WordPress.com.
