How can I make my home page feed, into summaries?

  Hello,
  I was wondering if someone might be able to tell me how to get summaries of my posts on the home page feed to show up. I am able to do so under my categories, but not on the main page.
  Any help would be awesome.

  settings—>reading settings—>For each article in a feed, show
  For each article in a feed, show |Full text| |Summary|—>save

  Hi,
  thanks very much. I have already tried this and it doesn’t work after I save it. Is there any other reason why it isn’t working?
