How can I make my JetPack included CSS more efficient?

Answering my own question in tutorial form (steps omitted, not for hobbyists):
*Intermediate skill level, should be implemented by WordPress.com

Following best-practices for performance (I am an experienced designer) I decided to reduce the number of external files needed for my site to load.

I downloaded the ‘Sharing’ CSS and added it manually to the end of my CSS file.

Upon doing so I noticed a lot of “over-qualified selectors”
    (e.g. ‘ div.sharedaddy {} ‘ rather than ‘.sharedaddy {}’)

I also noticed that the file isn’t minified.

I fixed both problems and appended it to the end of my css file (well, it will be once I ftp it it will be available by 12/31/12) which can be found at:
    http://www.adaminfinitum.com/assets/css/app-responsive.css

For WordPress.com-ers and advanced users who are interested, I didn’t change anything except over-qualifications and minification it is the last line of the file, separated by a comment.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

That site is a powered by WordPress.ORG site and we don’t provide for it here at WordPress>COM. That support is provided on the WordPress.ORG support forums and they are here http://wordpress.org/support/ If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.org, click that link and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the correct support forums for your software.

Staff have requested that folks with Jetpack issues post their questions to the existing Jetpack forum at WordPress.org, since it would be easier to keep support focused in one place as much as possible: http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpack

I think it would also do the users in your situation more good if you post this at WordPress.org, where they all are.

Posting here was the only option allowed when I logged into JetPack to try to suggest this to them in private message…since the CSS here is installed with JetPack I figured it was worth bringing up, more for WordPress.com to implement than WordPress.org users.
