-
I’m new to blogging and I need assistant in organizing my blog’s pages and post. Been trying to make my posts appear on the respective pages I wanted to but couldn’t. And how can I make my ‘ALL’ page the Home page instead of what its doing now?. I want my posts on ‘ALL’ and ‘News’ categories to appear on the respective pages I created… I’ll be grateful if you can help.

Among the most common misconceptions is that bloggers fail to understand is
(1) there is only one page we can post to in any blog and
(2) the static pages http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/ they create do not automatically update.Only the dynamic pages like Categories, Tags and Archives created by the software when we publish a post we that we have assigned Categories and Tags too will update automatically update with posts.
By default the front page of the blog is the post that displays all posts in your blog. Though there is only one dynamic page in a blog for posts (not pages) http://en.support.wordpress.com/post-vs-page/ and we cannot post to more than that one page, we can create the appearance that we have posted to more than one page.
We organize posts by assigning categories to them. You can create a custom menu and add the dynamic categories pages into the custom menu.

Please be sure you fully understand the differences between Pages and Posts. http://en.support.wordpress.com/post-vs-page/
The front page of the blog by default will display your posts (not pages) in reverse chronological order, with the most recently published post on top. If you do not want all the posts to show on the front page, then you can create a static front page called for example “Welcome” for your site and a “Blog” page for posts.
To do that create two pages > http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/ After you do that you go to > Settings > Reading and make the designation change and click “save changes”.

The Oxygen theme is a tricky, complicated one to work with, and that blog has the Custom Design upgrade in addition. I suggest going to the Themes forum and looking through the Oxygen tag for pointers.
Also, when you say you don’t know what you’re doing wrong, we can’t help you until you tell us what you are actually doing.
