What exactly are you needing help with please? I go to the footer of the blog and click this link Proudly powered by WordPress. That’s a wordpress.ORG install. Are you asking for Staff to move subscriber from a free hosted WordPress>COM blog to that install?
If you are then, provided you have installed and activated the JetPack plugin http://jetpack.me on your WordPress.org install, and you post the relevant URL(s) into a forum thread, Staff will do the transfer of both subscribers and stats for you. http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/moving-your-subscribers/#wordpress-com-to-self-hosted-site Do that now please as I have tagged this thread for their attention.

No, I am not asking to move subscribers. Some people who have subscribed to my blog are no longer receiving the blog posts, but their names are still on the subscriber list. It has even happened to me.
How do I make sure that people who subscribe continue to receive my blog posts?

Hi there, this was due to an issue with your Jetpack connection. I’ve fixed it on our end. Can you please go to Jetpack in your dashboard, disconnect it, and then re-connect it to your WordPress.com account? That should resolve the issue for you.
Please let me know if you have any questions about that. :)

Hi Rachel – I disconnected my Jetpack, but when I went to re-connect it, I got an error message instead.
The message says: SSL read: error:00000000:lib(0):func(0):reason(0), errno 0
Thanks for your help so far. Can you help me with this?

Hi there,
This is a common issue with Network Solutions. You can find more information and tips to resolve it here:
I suggest starting with this step, mentioned in that post:
Could you contact your hosting provider, and ask them to activate the openssl extension in your server configuration? It might explain why your site is unable to connect with WordPress.com.
Please let me know if that works for you. :)
