  how can i make my username a link to my blog? I have seen others that have this, but i can’t figure out how.

  What about commenting on other wordpress blogs. What if I want to comment as my blog rather than as my username? I would mostly rather comment as The Worst of Perth than as lazy aussie.

  If you go to Dashboard > Users > Your Profile you can put any name you want in the nickname section. If you put Worst of Perth in there and select it in the dropdown below, that should do it.

  If you want to keep the lazy aussie name as well, you could create a new username for Worst of Perth and add that to your blog; then you’d log in using Worst of Perth whenever you want to comment and switch the rest of the time. Hope that helps.

  I still need help. I’m slightly computer illiterate but I will describe what I am trying to do best as I can. See on this page how if you lay your cursor on someones name next to their avatar it “lights up” and is an instant link to their blog. OK, i just checked and ev wen mine is doing it here. Anyway, when I leave a comment on someone elses blog I would like for it to do that and it’s not. Can anyone help?

  @allergymom: You need to go to Dashboard > Users > Your Profile and put your blog address in the website area. Once you’ve done that, your name should link back to your blog the way you want it to.
