How can I make old post stop appearing at top of page?

I posted a new post today, but it is appearing under the last post instead of at the top of page. I checked to make sure the other post (on Perter DeMarco) is not set to be a sticky, and it’s not. How can I make the old post stop appearing at the top of page? I also noticed the old post was set to ‘video’ option, which I never set it to. I have now changed it to standard. Almost seems like someone was in there adjusting things?

Also–the post I post I put up today is showing the date as June 1, instead of July 1 (Love Note to June: 7 Things I’m Thankful For)…www.courtneytait.com

    Hi Courtney,

I took a look at your blog and saw the blog post you mentioned. I can’t tell from our records why the date and post format were set incorrectly — it looks like it may have just been a glitch when your post was published.

You can fix the date on your post in the post editor. In the Publish box, next to where it says “Published on:” and the date, you can click Edit. Enter the correct date and time, click OK, and then click the Update button to update the post. This should fix the date and the post order on your blog.

If you prefer, you can also change the post date using the Quick Edit function on the Posts page in your dashboard.

If this happens to you again, please let us know so we can try to track down what is causing the glitch. Thanks!
