How can I make one of my pages show first?

  I would like for my page entitled “Introduction” to show first when someone opens up my blog.

  I’d also like to change the wording of the tab entitled “Home”.

  Can I do these two things?

  You can set “Introduction” as your home page by following the directions available here:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/front-page/

  You may also want to create a new page to set as your “posts page”:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/front-page/

  Additionally, you can modify your site’s navigation bar by creating a Custom Menu:
